Mailing Matrix of Claimants

Effective April1, 2016 this procedure should be used by trustees or UST attorneys to obtain a Mailing Matrix of Claimants for the new Trustee Final Report and Account process, per Local Rule 2002-2.

 

Local Rule 2002-2: In Chapter 7 cases, if the assets of the estate available for distribution exceed $5000.00, the trustee rather than the clerk, must serve the Notice of Trustee's Final Report and Applications for Compensation. Notice will be served on the debtor, trustee, and only those creditors that have filed claims.

 

Step-by-Step Procedures:

Note: Please be sure that you are using your login and password for CM/ECF, not PACER.

  1. Click on Utilities menu, Your Account select Mailings

  2. Select Mailing Matrix by Case

  3. Enter case number and click Creditors who have filed claims

  1. Click Next

A pdf will appear that contains all creditors who have filed claims on the case. Use this pdf to create your Service List when e-filing your Trustee Final Report and Account.
